Kendama is an ancient tool from Japan that increases mindfulness and one pointed, focused awareness. It allows us to practice the philosophy of Kaizen which it's about striving to become better than we were yesterday, by taking one step towards a goal and continue to move forward. Join us at LongHouse for an outdoor movement meditation class with Kendama, instructed by Jake Yj and Sensei Shane Donahue and includes a breathwork session!
