Join us for gentle movement every Sunday at 9am, a class focused on building balance, flexibility, resilience in body and mind.  No experience necessary, all ages welcome.  Bring a mat or blanket and a water bottle—we have a filling station and want to ensue you to stay hydrated. Exclusively for Members.
