Breathe, stretch, and unwind under the open sky. Join certified instructor Jason Amis for a Gentle Yoga session designed to cultivate balance, flexibility, and resilience in both body and mind. Set on the soft grass of the Great Lawn, this class welcomes all levels - no experience needed, just a willingness to move with ease. Bring a mat or blanket and a water bottle (we have a refill station to keep you hydrated), and start your Sunday feeling refreshed and restored.
