LongHouse Reserve is largely powered by the work and dedication of a special group of volunteers and docents.  Even though this week is National Volunteers Week and a time to celebrate and honor their contributions, we are truly grateful for them every day and every week of the year.  LongHouse is fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people - most of whom have volunteered here for years - that love sharing their time and talents in the office, the gardens, during Open Days and special events...they do it all!  Their community spirit extends beyond the LongHouse as they also volunteer at other organizations - not just to keep busy but to serve others.  We salute them and thank each and everyone for their support!
