Young musicians will practice “drumming” and meditators will use it for focus and relaxation, just like the monks – it’s also great for basic stress relief!  Just strike the ball in different spots with the conveniently stored “drumstick” and you’ll create different tones.  Handmade of monkey wood in Thailand.
