Head of Horticulture
LongHouse Reserve seeks an experienced and passionate horticultural leader to oversee all aspects of our diverse landscape, guiding our garden's evolution while maintaining its artistic legacy. This role combines strategic vision with horticultural knowledge and hands-on garden management—60-70% of the work is in the garden. In addition to directing strategy and operations for the garden and leading the horticultural team, the Head of Horticulture plays an important role in education and community outreach. The Head of Horticulture will report directly to the Executive Director and consult with the Garden Committee.
