The upfront notes of raisin and cumin from the famed Silk Road Aleppo is followed by the citrus heat of Peruvian Aji Limon that grows from within giving you a pleasant body heat. The mild peach is the tasty vessel that holds these chiles together and is a nod to all of the peach orchards near our farm where we grow our peppers from seed.
