As 2016 comes to a close, we have boxed up all the wishes we have gathered this year from our Yoko Ono Wish Tree to be sent to Ms. Ono, who will then send them to the Imagine Peace Tower in Reykjavik, Iceland. This outdoor work of art was conceived by Ms.Ono and represents her and John Lennon's mission of love and peace. We had a record number of guests place wishes on the tree this year, were you one of them?

A tall light emanates from the Tower from October 9th (John Lennon's birthday) until December 8th (the anniversary of his death).

The Yoko Ono Wish Tree was looking very festive last month at our Holiday Gathering and was quickly filled with wishes from guests of all ages.

Children are always ready to write their heartfelt wishes and place them on the tree. Sometimes adults appear to be a bit shy about it but are often inspired to write a wish when they see the free spirit of young people writing wishes.

Here both adults and children write their wishes and place them on the Yoko Ono Wish Tree.

Wishes, wishes and more wishes are placed on the Yoko Ono Wish Tree at our Holiday Gathering!

The Yoko Ono Wish Tree is something that children can experience first hand, a living sculpture that they themselves can touch and for which they can be a part.

A few thousand wishes ready to be sent out to Yoko Ono. Thank you to all who took part in writing their wishes this year.  Be sure to visit us in 2017 and place your wish on the tree!
