Join us for Walking Meditation with Jason on Sundays to bring attention to your feet, body, and the ground as you soak up the sights, sounds, and feel of our natural environment. Certified instructor and healing practitioner Jason Amis will lead a meditative walk through the trees and bamboo forest. No equipment required - just bring your body's natural powers of sight, smell, touch, and hearing. Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Exclusively for members.
