Start your Sunday with intention. Join Jason Amis for a peaceful Walking Meditation through the gardens, where art and nature meet. As you move through towering trees and the whispering bamboo forest, Jason will guide you in bringing awareness to each step, breath, and sensation—tuning in to the sights, sounds, and textures of the world around you. No equipment needed - just comfortable clothing, walking shoes, and an open mind and heart. You might even find yourself hugging a tree.
