Join us to learn meditation with Kendama! It is an ancient tool and practice from Japan that helps increase mindfulness, growth mindset, motor dexterity, and disciplined focused awareness. The values learned will carry beyond the play through a Dojo style class that includes a breathwork  session led by Juan Yanez.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and footwear for this outdoor activity.
