Kendama Meditation
Kendama is an ancient tool from Japan that increases mindfulness and focused awareness. It enables us to practice the philosophy of Kaizen which is about striving to become better than we were yesterday, by taking one step towards a goal and continue to move forward. Join us for an outdoor movement meditation class with Kendama, instructed by Juan Yanez. Breathwork session included.
